Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to browse and buy from https://officialmiso.com, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control.

What we do

• We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA
• We write descriptive alt text for product images
• We check colour contrast on text and buttons
• We make sure the site can be navigated by keyboard alone
• We use clear headings and plain English rather than jargon
• We keep font sizes readable and allow browser zoom without breaking the layout

Known limitations

Some third party features, such as embedded reviews, chat widgets and payment windows, are provided by other companies and we do not fully control their accessibility. We raise issues with those providers when we find them.
